Megan Murphy

Megan is an honors student majoring in biology and psychology with a neuroscience emphasis and a Spanish minor. She plans to attend medical school to fulfill her dream of becoming a pediatric oncologist, and hopes to research health psychology as it specifically relates to oncology. Once she is a doctor, Megan hopes to invest her free time into medical missions abroad. As an undergraduate research assistant in the Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, she explores the relationship between schizophrenia and neurological structures. She is actively involved in UGA Miracle, a campus philanthropy, and her sorority, Sigma Alpha Omega.
